Longer days have gotten the best of you and weather it’s your job, your school, or your life in general that is making you fatigued, you have to know when to stop killing yourself. It’s crucial to get things done on time and i’m not saying that people should just abandon their responsibilites and leave on their dream vacation, even though that does need to be checked off the bucket list. What i’m saying is: a rested mind produces quality work and that requires a sleeping schedule.
I go to bed no later than 11:00pm. I am not one to stay up all night working on an assignment because that’s what the daytime is for and i’d hate to fry my brain like that for no better reason than to produce poor quality work. I can’t stress enough the importance of having order in our sleeping, eating, and working routines. There needs to be a specific time for everything, otherwise people can go crazy! At least I know someone who did. This person, that I will not name, became nocturnal as a result of no order in schedule. This person ate breakfast at 1:00a.m in the morning and was playing video games at 3:00 a.m. No matter how much he tried to reverse his sleeping habits, it became extra difficult, especially after living like that for more than a couple months. Once habits are established they are difficult to break. Bad habits are easily aquired, and that is why people must be extra careful not to fall into them like someone I know. On the contrary, good habits should be practiced. Good habits like eating on time, sleeping before 10, and preparing for things ahead of time, those habits should be practiced because they will establish a stress free life for you and me and everybody! Therefore, if you are working on something later than 12:00, consider sleeping and waking up earlier. A mind rested for a couple of hours is better than a mind thats been running persistantly and needs to be charged.
